Founded in 2015, CERCLE’S mission is to improve the educational outcomes for Black and Latino children in Greater New Haven by developing programs that enhance the pedagogical quality and long-term financial sustainability of both new and existing early care and education programs owned and operated by Black or Latino providers, or providers serving majority Black and Latino children and families.
