Frontline Solutions is an intermediary, funder, consultancy, and infrastructure-building organization founded in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and has been building pathways toward social, economic, and environmental justice for two decades. They promote and cultivate intersections between communities, nonprofit and public sector organizations, and institutional philanthropy. Their human-centered processes help organizations plan, innovate, learn, and build trust with surrounding communities by serving as healthy interrogators, friendly critics, and thoughtful disruptors of the status quo, especially regarding how philanthropy and the nonprofit sector can most effectively address gross inequities in the U.S. As conveners, planners, intermediaries, and thought partners, Frontline Solutions prides itself on being both participants in these sectors and students of their growth and evolution.
