(Grantee: Griswold Discovery) The Equity Learning Project (ELP) supports community collaboratives that were part of Discovery, our previous initiative, in implementing a racial equity-training mode. This effort will help communities assess the interest of the collaborative and local capacity to critically consider and plan for action to counter the impacts of racism and poverty on education and related child outcomes.
